Webinar Invite Targeting
Build the invite list for a webinar from accounts actively researching the topic — and the personas at each who would actually attend.

Why it lands
A cold webinar blast gets 2% registration. Inviting 184 accounts already researching observability — and the exact engineering personas at each — fills the room with people who care about the topic.
Overview
For a webinar topic, build a targeted invite list: identify accounts with rising intent on the topic's category via HG, then surface the relevant personas to invite at each — so the webinar fills with in-market attendees instead of a cold blast.
Use cases
Registration from in-market accounts
Webinar attendance correlates with topic intent. Inviting accounts already researching the category beats a list blast on every metric that matters.
Sales follow-up built in
Each invited account comes with a 'why this account' note tied to its intent signal, so the post-webinar sales follow-up starts warm.

# Webinar Invite Targeting
## Parameters
- `{{webinar_topic}}` *(required)* — The webinar topic. Example: `reducing observability tool sprawl`
- `{{category}}` *(required)* — Category whose intent identifies in-market accounts. Example: `observability`
- `{{invite_personas}}` *(required)* — Titles to invite at each account. Example: `VP Engineering, Director of Platform, SRE Lead`
## Purpose
Build a webinar invite list for {{webinar_topic}} by finding accounts with rising {{category}} intent, then surfacing the {{invite_personas}} at each — so registration fills with people who are already researching the problem the webinar solves.
## Process
1. **Find in-market accounts** — `intent_category` + `company_intent` for the {{category}}; rank by rising intent over the last 30 days.
2. **Confirm fit** — use `search_companies` (revenue/employee filters) to keep the list within a sensible firmographic band for the webinar's level, then call `company_firmographic` on each retained account (by `companyId`/`domain`) to populate the Industry / Employees / Revenue columns (`search_companies` returns identity only).
3. **Surface personas** — `contact_search` for {{invite_personas}} at each top account.
4. **Prioritize** — rank invitees by account intent strength times persona fit so the limited send budget targets the hottest, best-fit contacts first.
5. **Output** — a send-ready table plus a one-line 'why this account' for the rep follow-up after the webinar.
## Output Format
Markdown with:
- `# Webinar Invite Targeting — {{webinar_topic}}`
- `## In-Market Accounts` (ranked by intent)
- `## Invite List` (table: account | persona | title | why)
- `## Post-Webinar Follow-Up Note` (per top account)
- `## Citations`
## Quality Checklist
- Accounts ranked by `company_intent`/`intent_category` recency
- Invitees are real contacts from `contact_search`
- No fabricated emails — titles and names only unless the tool returns contact data
- Why-this-account line cites the intent signal
