## Purpose

## Process
1. **Define dimensions** — use {{buyer_priorities}} (or derive buyer-weighted dimensions from `list_product_attributes`).
2. **Gather evidence** — `get_product_reviews` + `get_vendor_information` per vendor to score each dimension from review sentiment and stated capabilities.
