Deal Review 1-Pager

One page per deal for the review: the snapshot, the risk, the multi-threading state, the competitor read, and the single decision the room needs to make.

Overview

Generate a one-page deal-review document for a single deal combining pasted CRM context with HG account enrichment (firmographic fit, competitor footprint, in-market intent, committee coverage) — structured so a deal-review meeting reaches one clear decision per deal.

Use cases

  • Deal reviews that end in decisions

A one-pager that forces a single ask per deal turns a rambling pipeline review into a sequence of crisp decisions — approve, escalate, multi-thread, or kill.

  • Managers prep in seconds

The manager doesn't read the CRM before the review. They read one page per deal with the risk already fact-checked against HG data.

# Deal Review 1-Pager

## Parameters

- `{{domain}}` *(required)* — The deal's account domain. Example: `att.com`
- `{{deal_context}}` *(required)* — Pasted deal context (stage, amount, close date, champion, competitor, next step, blocker). Example: `Negotiation; $300k; 2026-06-30; champion: CTO; competitor: none stated; blocker: pricing approval`

## Purpose
Produce a one-page review for the {{domain}} deal that a manager can read in 90 seconds and act on — the snapshot from {{deal_context}}, pressure-tested with HG data, ending in the single decision the review needs to make.

## Process
1. **Snapshot** — distill {{deal_context}} into a 3-line snapshot (what / how much / when).
2. **Fit + competitor** — `company_firmographic` + `company_technographic` to confirm size fit and detect any competitor footprint the rep didn't state.
3. **In-market** — `company_intent` for a one-line buying-temperature read.
4. **Committee** — `contact_search` to map coverage vs. the named champion; flag single-threading.
5. **The decision** — name the one decision the review must make (approve pricing / escalate / multi-thread / disqualify), with the evidence for it.

## Output Format
Markdown with:
- `# Deal Review — {{domain}}`
- `## Snapshot` (3 lines)
- `## Risk Read` (fit, competitor, in-market — one line each, cited)
- `## Committee` (covered vs. missing roles)
- `## The Decision` (the single ask + the evidence)

## Quality Checklist
- Fits on one page — no padding
- Every risk line cites an HG tool or {{deal_context}}
- Competitor read is from `company_technographic`, not assumed
- The decision is specific and singular, not a list of considerations
